DA seems to have come to a screeching halt lately. Perhaps it is just me, or the pictures Ive posted, or the comments Ive made, but I seem to have very little activity and things to respond back to this week. I started browsing around (God forbid I should do something OFF of DA, I still need my fix!) and ran across the My Lifes Soundtrack game going around you know, where you set your music player on random and note the song that comes up for each of the listed topics to make a soundtrack for your life. So I morphed it to fit DA and had a very interesting time creating
My Life In Pictures
If you have not had a chance to check out the two DA features of Random Deviant and Random Deviation here is your chance to become familiar with them. Random Deviation is that little tiny link at the far bottom left of all DA screens. It is a great way to see some stuff you never would otherwise.
For each of the following topics I hit this random deviation link and posted the thumbnail of the picture that came up. It was uncanny how so many of them seemed really appropriate for the topic. Others, well, Im good at making leaps. I recommend giving it a try and posting your own. I will be interested to see what you come up with too. But you must stick to what comes up, no censorship, thats what makes it interesting.
Please also check out the fullview and comments of each of these pictures, as some of them are most appropriate when you read the title and/or description, not just look at the picture. And if you have time, check out the artists galleries. Some of them are quite good and all of them are fun.
Birth:

How cool is that? I beautiful new flower bursting forth. Yeah, that's me.
Waking Up:

You must read with it says in full view. Definitely a good waking thought.
First Day At School:

Doesn't this look like a school view? Neat!
Making Your New Best Friend:

Hmm, I guess I am all alone.
Falling In Love:

An unreal picture for an unreal aspiration, apparently.
Breaking Up:

I swear this was random but, damn! How appropriate!
School Years:

Yeah, they were a little awkward.
Graduation:

Werent we all a little emo back in high school?
Life's Okay:

Yes, I most definitely am a WIP
Death of a Close Friend:

I am fortunate in that I have not had to experience this yet in life. But I believe that if I had I would probably find solace in dark images.
Mental Breakdown:

Look at all the pretty colors!
Driving:

Not sure how this one fits
other than eyes are watching the road (hopefully) when one drives. Anyone who has taken a long road trip Im sure has had an experience of tunnel vision.
Flashback:

I just knew I had lived in medieval times with dragons!
Getting Back Together:

Weird, another really appropriate picture I think. I like the comments on this picture too
like a dream, because I dont really believe in getting back together the vast majority of the time.
Birth of Child:

If I am ever so lucky it would be the best present ever.
Wedding Scene:

Wow
interesting. Um
well I suppose that could have been the underlying message in my wedding, but I was too oblivious to have gotten it back then.
Car Accident:

I havent heard of this band, but now I am intrigued. I will have to listen some time and see if it reminds me of a car accident in any way.
Final Battle:
[link]
I recommend reading these little poems. All of them really kind of are the final battle for many
not necessarily going through them actually but pondering. The last one is so right on for me.
Death Scene:

Interesting
the angel of death?
Funeral Song:

Wow, I actually got a poem for this one. It is kind of a pleasant one too. I would like my funeral to be light, perhaps not a wild party but something remembered positively.
Afterlife:

If I were to be any earthly creature, I would chose to be a whale. This is such an appropriate post-death picture for me. Perhaps I will be so lucky to become a creature of the deep.
What will your life in pictures look like?
